The content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Swisspro 360 Real Estate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
